Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years in design, site supervision, and construction management.
• Minimum 2 years supervising large-scale infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.
• Review material submissions, analyze reports, ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Sound knowledge of contractual relationships and documentation practices.
• Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication; record-keeping expertise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise road and infrastructure construction and report to the Resident Engineer.
• Act in place of the Resident Engineer during leave or absence.
• Coordinate activities with engineers and the construction supervision team.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and related utility correspondence.
• Coordinate with design engineers to resolve issues and maintain records.
• Maintain daily diaries and progress reports; manage site instructions.
• Ensure safety goals are achieved and oversee safety procedures on site.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports; coordinate with authorities and contractors.
