Parsons in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Senior Resident Engineer to oversee roads and infrastructure utilities. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate wet and dry utilities, and ensure strict adherence to contract documents, drawings, standards, and authority requirements.

The role requires strong technical leadership, contract administration, and coordination with clients, PMC, and authorities to safeguard progression, quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering.
• Min 15 years in roads/infrastructure, with at least 7 years in Resident Engineer or senior site role on major projects.
• RTA approval is a must; strong UAE project experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of local regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary on-site representative for roads and utilities.
• Lead site supervision team and enforce the Project Execution Plan.
• Administer the Contract, review notices, claims, and variations.
• Monitor progress, risks, and mitigation; prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with authorities, clients, and PMC; ensure timely handover.
