Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to supervise and administer contracts for major roads and infrastructure utilities. The role requires a civil engineer with strong leadership, construction management, and contract administration experience across multidisciplinary works.

The candidate should have at least 15 years in relevant roles, including 7+ years as Resident Engineer or senior site supervisor, and must hold prior RTA approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Min 15 years of relevant experience in roads and infrastructure construction.
• At least 7 years in Resident Engineer or senior site supervision; RTA approval mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Direct site supervision personnel and oversee Project Execution Plan.
• Supervise roads, utilities, structures and related civil works on site.
• Coordinate interfaces between roadworks, wet and dry utilities, and traffic diversions.
• Review contractor resources, construction methods and sequencing.
• Monitor progress and mitigate schedule risks; report to project management.
