Parsons is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer Infrastructure and Roads to lead construction supervision in Dubai. This role involves overseeing engineering teams, managing contractor performance, and ensuring infrastructure projects adhere to specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum twenty years of experience in construction supervision of infrastructure projects including roads and utilities.
• Extensive experience working on community development infrastructure projects in the UAE, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of NOC procedures and government authority regulations within Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction supervision teams for infrastructure works including roads, drainage, and utility networks.
• Manage engineering scope, schedules, and project closeout activities.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with project contracts.
