Job summary

Parsons Corporation seeks a Senior Resident Engineer - Infrastructure and Roads in Dubai to lead construction supervision for a high-profile community development project. The role requires extensive UAE experience across roads, utilities, and authority coordination, with accountability for guiding the supervision team and client coordination.

The candidate must have 20+ years in construction supervision, a Civil/Structural engineering degree, and strong skills in change management and contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction supervision of infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Experience with community development projects, preferably in Dubai.
• Knowledge of NOC procedures and government authority specifications in Dubai.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with engineering software may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction supervision team for infrastructure works in Dubai.
• Manage engineering scope, schedules, change management, and closeout.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget; identify scope changes.
• Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and handover.
• Interface with contractors for contractual compliance.
• Review work for codes, standards, and QA.
• Review and approve change orders and communicate changes to management.
• Manage client expectations and provide progress updates.
• Maintain liaison with authorities to support project execution and handover.
• Ensure Parsons contractual rights and obligations are fulfilled.
