Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience in construction supervision.
• Experience delivering major infrastructure projects in Dubai preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction supervision activities for roads, utilities, pumping stations, and associated community infrastructure.
• Manage assigned engineering scope, construction schedules, change management, project interfaces, and close-out activities.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules and budget requirements, identifying delays or constraints.
• Coordinate with authorities, agencies, and service providers to secure approvals and facilitate handover.
• Interface with contractors and subcontractors to verify compliance with contractual requirements.
• Review changes and ensure approved changes are communicated to project management and stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of contractor performance and escalate significant concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements on site.
