Job summary

You will coach leaders, product owners, and teams, monitor delivery metrics, remove impediments, and align goals, timelines, and governance with enterprise SAFe practices in a fast‑paced healthcare IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years in managing large projects.
• Leadership experience over complex projects or a team of professionals.
• Experience planning and implementing systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for highly complex initiatives with organizational impact.
• Facilitate quarterly planning events and program synchronization across multiple delivery teams.
• Identify and remove systemic impediments impacting program delivery and team flow.
• Coach leaders, product owners, and teams in Lean-Agile practices.
• Monitor program delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement in predictability.
• Set and drive goals, timelines, and metrics for initiatives.
