Job summary

Cleveland Clinic in Dubai is seeking a senior program leader to coordinate large‑scale initiatives, foster Lean‑Agile adoption, and drive cross‑team synchronization across delivery groups.

You will coach leaders, product owners, and teams, monitor delivery metrics, remove impediments, and align goals, timelines, and governance with enterprise SAFe practices in a fast‑paced healthcare IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years in managing large projects.
• Leadership experience over complex projects or a team of professionals.
• Experience planning and implementing systems and procedures.

• Experience planning and implementing systems and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Experience leading a transformation to Scaled Agile operating Model
• Experience serving as a Release Train Engineer, Agile Program Lead, or Agile Coach
• Experience supporting SAFe, large-scale Scrum, or enterprise Kanban environments
• Experience in healthcare IT environments, specifically with Epic EMR platforms
• Certifications such as SAFe RTE, SPC, CSM, or Lean/Six Sigma
