Thrill Labs is seeking an Engineering Manager in the UAE to lead a growing engineering team. You will guide engineers, uphold high coding and performance standards, and partner with product and design to shape scalable technical solutions.

In this role, you will optimize development processes, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high-quality delivery. Strong leadership, hands-on coding ability, and global collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
• Able to code in Java or one of the frontend technologies.
• Proven track record in leading teams that design and deliver large-scale distributed systems.
• Solid experience with backend or frontend technologies including Java, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, or React/Angular/Svelte.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, technical and non-technical.
• English level - C1 or equivalent.
