Job summary

Focus Infotech is seeking a Senior Project Manager - IT to lead complex software development and enterprise technology initiatives in Dubai, UAE / India. Full-time role requiring PMP and experience delivering large IT programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

The candidate will manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, governance, and end-to-end delivery across software development and technology implementations. Prior airline industry exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing IT and Software Development projects.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Software Engineering background is highly desirable.
• Airline industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and report IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of software development and technology implementation projects.
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Establish project governance frameworks and reporting structures.
• Define project cadence, review mechanisms, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
