Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking a senior Agile Program Manager/Release Train Engineer to lead and facilitiate the Agile Release Train. You will plan PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions while coaching teams on SAFe and Lean-Agile practices. You will manage risks and drive CI/CD improvements in a regulated environment.

The role requires extensive SAFe experience, RTE certification, and cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure). A Bachelor's in CS/IS or related field is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Agile software delivery environments.
• 8+ years as a Release Train Engineer or Senior Agile Program Manager.
• Deep knowledge of SAFe principles and Lean-Agile leadership.
• Expertise in Agile lifecycle tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with cloud-based development (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the servant leader and facilitator for the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Plan, organize, and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Support Agile and SAFe adoption through coaching and mentoring.
• Proactively identify and manage program-level risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Maintain and communicate ART metrics to program leadership.
• Drive continuous delivery pipeline improvement through automation and CI/CD optimization.
• Ensure compliance with federal Agile delivery standards.
