Job summary

Emirates IT in Dubai seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead cross‑functional scrum teams withinRelease Train or standalone initiatives, driving value, quality, and predictable delivery across enterprise platforms.

You will blend PMI-ACP/SAFe practices with agile governance, coach teams, manage backlogs, and collaborate with Product and IT Service Management to optimise delivery and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Certified SAFe and PMI ACP with 5+ years applying Scrum management.
Experience using modern software delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Strong communication and leadership in large, matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

Facilitate PI planning, Reviews, and coaching of teams to optimise Release Train efficiency.
Blend traditional project management with Agile practices to fit initiatives.
Foster a safe, accountable team environment and remove blockers.
Support Integrated Programme Planning and backlog decomposition.
Guide governance, velocity, and quality metrics with PMI-ACP/SAFe principles.
Assist cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting for initiatives.
Collaborate with Product teams and IT Service Management on roadmaps.
