Job summary

High Street Resources represents a leading UAE financial institution seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join its Real Estate Unit. You will manage complex multi-product relationships, originate transactions, and coordinate with product teams to fulfil mandates.

Key duties include credit risk assessment, structuring facilities, and maintaining strong client relationships with senior stakeholders to drive revenue while managing risk in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of the real estate (RE) market and financing product suite.
• Experience in managing RE clients.
• Ability to independently structure financing while adhering to lending policies.
• Knowledge of related legal infrastructure including the Escrow laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complex multi-product Group relationships and originate transactions across the Bank's product suite.
• Coordinate between clients and product teams in mandate execution.
• Optimize utilization of approved Credit limits and address Operations/Documentation requirements.
• Conduct credit risk assessment, risk rating and facility structuring for assigned relationships.
• Develop and implement Relationship Strategy and Account Plans for clients.
• Engage with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services/products and risk controls.
