Mashreqbank PSC seeks a seasoned professional for the Syndication & Structured Finance (SSF) Unit to identify growth opportunities, manage key client relationships, and lead complex debt instruments within the UAE market.

The role requires strong credit/legal knowledge, leadership, and extensive experience in corporate finance to deliver high-value structured solutions in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualificações

• CA/MBA preferred with 7–10 years in marketing/corporate finance.
• Strong credit and legal knowledge.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to structure and execute complex debt deals.
• Experience with UAE/local and international debt markets.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and segment target market, develop new business to broaden the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in banks/financial institutions/PIBs to originate business.
• Introduce Mashreqbank as a player in debt capital markets opportunities.
• Review portfolio, establish account plans, and recommend credit facilities to maximize earnings while managing risk.
• Adhere to central bank regulations, UAE law, and internal policies; lead the SFF unit and mentor the team.
• Coordinate with internal groups to deliver structured finance solutions to clients.
