Mashreq seeks an experienced executive to lead the Syndication & Structured Finance (SSF) Unit in Dubai. You will identify and segment target markets, develop new business, and implement the annual marketing plan for the SSF Unit.

You will build strong relationships with decision makers in local, regional, and international banks and financial institutions to originate business and meet financial targets. You will review portfolios, propose credit facilities in line with policy, manage credit

Qualificações

• CA/MBA preferred with 7–10 years in marketing/corporate finance.
• Strong leadership, inter-personal and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of UAE/regional/international debt markets and syndication.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and segment target market, develop new business and implement annual marketing plan for the Syndication & Structured Finance Unit.
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in banks/financial institutions to originate business and meet targets.
• Lead and manage the SSF Unit, train and motivate the team, ensuring timely delivery of structured finance solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank/UAE laws and internal credit/risk policies.
