Job summary

Mashreq Bank seeks a senior professional to lead the Syndication & Structured Finance (SSF) Unit. You will identify target markets, develop new business, and implement the annual plan while expanding the portfolio.

You will build relationships with decision-makers at local and international banks, review credit facilities, manage the SSF team, and ensure timely delivery of structured finance solutions in a dynamic UAE market.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance, structured finance and debt capital markets.
• CA/MBA preferred; 7–10 years in marketing/corporate finance.
• Strong credit and legal knowledge; excellent communication.
• Ability to manage complex deals and lead teams.
• Knowledge of UAE/local/regional/international debt markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and segment target market; develop new business to broaden portfolio.
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in Local/Regional/International banks and financial institutions.
• Originate business to meet financial targets.
• Review portfolio, establish account plans, and recommend credit facilities to maximize earnings while managing risk.
• Coordinate with internal groups to deliver structured finance solutions to clients.
• Stay updated on market, regulatory, competitive environment and industry.
• Lead, train, and evaluate the SSF Unit team.
