Job summary

iHerb is seeking a Regional Senior Vendor Manager based in Dubai with a remote-to-hybrid work mode. You will lead regional assortment strategy, onboard brands, negotiate with manufacturers, and manage vendor relationships to grow revenue and margins while aligning with global strategy.

You will collaborate with Global Director and in-market teams, monitor KPI performance, and drive cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising or a related field.
• Strong negotiating, analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Experience with retail pricing concepts and MS Office/Google Workspace required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing, marketing budgets, rebates and terms for large-volume accounts.
• Develop and manage regional assortment strategy aligned with global direction.
• Onboard regional brands and enable regional sourcing to reduce lead times and costs.
• Monitor KPI performance for new and existing brands, pricing, promotions and product life cycle.
• Collaborate with Global Director and Region Leaders to maximize market opportunities.
