Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Retail Merchandising / Buying experience in retail environment
• Highly analytical with strong organisational and presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with Retail and Corporate teams
• Detail oriented and able to present insights concisely
• Business and service-oriented, proactive with new ideas
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Market and métier knowledge to support store strategies
• Frequent store visits to gain product expertise and identify trends
• Monitor sales performance via quantitative analyses and qualitative feedback
• Undertake detailed analyses to understand opportunities and risks
• Build action plans with Retail, Training, Customer Service, Metiers and Europe Region
• Plan product feedback sessions and attend buying sessions with ambassadors
• Update sales forecasts in collaboration with Retail Merchandising Director
• Define OTB for stores consistent with regional stock objectives
• Monitor reorders and replenish to align with budgets
• Propose buying strategy to balance novelties and bestsellers
• Support product launches and optimise VM visibility across stores
• Coordinate transfers and replenishment across the region
• Support in-store briefings for key products
• Share Europe strategy and best practices locally
• Be the liaison between Stores and Métiers for key information
