Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in supply chain negotiation with global sourcing responsibility.
- Minimum 10 years in contract electronics manufacturing or similar manufacturing.
- Advanced knowledge of global sourcing, commodity management, and TCO principles.
- Experience with SAP ERP and spend analytics.
- Advanced Excel and business analytics skills.
- Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and cost improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead global strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation initiatives.
- Set priorities and guidance for quote packages and supplier awards.
- Analyze global spend and establish TCO targets.
- Develop supplier scorecards and escalation processes.
- Monitor market trends and supply risks; advise global locations.
- Travel for supplier engagements up to 30%.
