Job summary

Hermès Middle East is launching a new e-commerce merchandising leadership role in Dubai as part of the Middle East team. You will recruit and develop the e-merchandising function, manage product strategy, and drive growth across online channels in a fast‑growing market.

You will collaborate with European and Group Digital teams, shape open‑to‑buy decisions, and deliver compelling online experiences. You will lead a team across e-retail merchandising, planning, traffic acquisition, and visual

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, management or related field.
• At least 8 years in Retail Merchandising.
• Experience in E-commerce.
• Strong product sensitivity and aesthetic awareness.
• Strategic vision and ability to manage a business unit holistically.
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to translate corporate guidelines into local market needs.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and develop the E-merchandising team.
• Recruit and manage 4 areas: E-Retail Merchandising, E-Retail Planning, Traffic Acquisition (SEA) & Data Performance, E-Visual Merchandising & Editorial Animation.
• Drive a shared vision for the subsidiary and the Merchandising & Data team.
• Define clear roles and ensure collaboration across teams.
• Support team development through training and career growth.
• Contribute to merchandising strategy and budget targets.
• Deliver budget targets and monitor MOS across categories.
• Produce regular country performance reporting and share insights.
• Oversee buying activities and open-to-buy with planning.
• Collaborate with central European teams to align strategy.
• Work with Retail/Merchandising on omnichannel initiatives.
• Ensure smooth operation with E-Operations during peak months.
