Hermès Middle East LLC seeks a Retail Merchandiser to support market and category expertise, assortment strategy, and stock management across the Dubai region, collaborating with the Retail Merchandising Manager, Store Teams and Paris Headquarters.

The role emphasizes store visits, data-driven analyses, and coordinated buying support to achieve regional sales targets and coherent product offerings, with strong Excel skills and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Retail Merchandising/Buying with an understanding of Visual Merchandising.
• Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of merchandising KPIs and metrics.
• Proficient with Excel and IT tools (Pivot tables, Vlookup) as well as Word and Power point.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with retail and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and generate analyses using NeoBi and Cegid.
• Produce monthly performance reports and update sell-through and picture reports to share with relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze best sellers by sell-through, assortment mix, price points, colours, and sizes to maximize sales potential.
• Monitor and place reorders in line with target MOS and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with VM and store teams to highlight slow movers.
