Job summary

ROKA Dubai is seeking a Senior Receptionist to warmly greet guests, manage bookings, and oversee seating in a high-volume luxury setting, ensuring every guest receives an impeccable first impression and seamless arrival experience.

You will liaise with front-of-house and kitchen teams to coordinate smooth service, reflect ROKA's authentic Japanese dining standards, and foster a team-oriented environment focused on memorable, guest-centered experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Receptionist in a luxury high-volume restaurant.
• Genuine love for culinary experiences and Japanese cuisine.
• Natural team player with strong people skills.
