The role focuses on strategic thinking, business development, and high-tier advisory services across entertainment, F&B, and retail sectors, with emphasis on client relationship management and project leadership in the UAE and KSA markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of practical real estate consulting experience at high-tier firms
• 18–24 months in a managerial role
• Experience in UAE and KSA markets
• Bilingual Arabic and English preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory projects and drive client outcomes
• Manage key accounts and ensure project timeliness
• Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Oversee financial modeling and market viability studies
• Build and manage cross-functional project teams
• Present to clients and stakeholders; support transactional processes
• Publish research or contribute papers as needed
• Monitor compliance, reporting, and financial performance
• Foster brand leadership through media and events
• Mentor team and enable cross-divisional collaboration
