Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a strong plus).
• 8+ years real estate sales experience with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in meeting revenue targets and managing large teams.
• Deep knowledge of UAE real estate market and SRERA regulations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across all projects and channels.
• Drive achievement of sales revenue targets and monitor absorption velocity.
• Manage and mentor the internal sales team; recruit and appraise performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key brokerage firms and oversee agent policies.
• Collaborate with commercial and development teams on product mix, pricing, and launch phases.
• Review sales reports, forecasts, and risk areas; prepare board-level reports.
• Lead or contribute to internal sales systems (CRM, inventory control, booking tools).
• Coordinate with marketing, development, finance, legal, and customer care to align launches and after-sales service.
