Job summary

Ginco Electrical & Sanitary Contracting Co. LLC (GESCO) in the UAE seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical) with 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP contracting. The role focuses on BOQ preparation, valuations, and final accounts, with responsibility for variations and subcontractor accounts.

You will manage IPCs, support commercial close-out, and mentor junior QS staff, while contributing to accurate cost control and project profitability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within MEP contracting.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, valuations and final accounts.
• Experience managing variations, claims and subcontractor accounts.

• Prepare detailed BOQs, take-offs and cost estimates for mechanical works.
