Job summary

Ginco Electrical & Sanitary Contracting Co. LLC (GESCO) in UAE seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a focus on electrical works to manage BOQs, IPCs and final accounts.

The role includes reviewing variations and claims, and mentoring junior surveyors in electrical measurement practices. The ideal candidate has 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP contracting, strong negotiation and reporting skills, and holds a degree in Quantity Surveying or Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within MEP contracting, focused on electrical works.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, valuations and final accounts.
• Experience managing variations, claims and subcontractor accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial reporting skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
