Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in Sharjah invites a Quantity Surveyor to support cost measurement and valuation activities on civil construction projects under senior commercial staff.

You will prepare take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, track variations, verify quantities against site records, and maintain organized cost documentation, leveraging basic BOQ principles and take-off software.
