Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead cost control for civil contracting projects. You will prepare detailed BOQs, take-offs, cost estimates and manage IPCs, variations and final accounts.

The role requires a 10+ year UAE/GCC track record, degree in QS or Civil Engineering, and strong negotiation and reporting skills. The company offers competitive salary, UAE residence visa, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within civil contracting.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, valuations and final accounts.
• Experience managing variations, claims and subcontractor accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial reporting skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
