Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in Sharjah is seeking a senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to lead post‑contract commercial administration, including progress payments, variation claims and CVR for all MEP packages. You will manage subcontractor payments, prepare interim valuations, and support cost-to-complete forecasting, drawing on 10+ years of UAE MEP QS experience and MRICS preferred. Attention to MOFA attested qualifications and Tier-1 project background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with MOFA attestation.
• 10+ years MEP QS experience in UAE.
• MRICS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-contract commercial administration, progress payment applications, subcontractor procurement, variation claims and CVR for all MEP packages.
• Prepare, substantiate and submit monthly interim payment applications to main contractor/client.
• Draft specialized MEP subcontract agreements, audit monthly payment applications and finalize accounts.
• Identify MEP scope changes, formulate rate build-ups and substantiate EOT/cost claims.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Main Contract Valuations Prepare substantiate and submit monthly interim payment applications to the main contractor client
• Subcontractor Management Draft specialized MEP subcontract agreements audit monthly payment applications and finalize accounts
• Variation Formulation Claims Identify MEP scope changes formulate detailed rate build-ups and substantiate extension of time EOT cost claims
• Cost Value Reconciliation CVR Compile monthly CVR reports analyze budget vs actual variances and forecast cost-to-complete CTC

Educational & Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (attested with MOFA); 10+ years MEP QS experience; MRICS preferred.

Required Industry & Project Background: 10–14 years in MEP commercial management with Tier-1 contractors in UAE delivering high-rise, luxury villas, or communities.
