Job Overview
This role supports major infrastructure developments by leading commercial controls, quantity surveying operations, contract administration, and project budget management while ensuring strong financial performance and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead quantity surveying and commercial management activities across major infrastructure and roads projects.
- Conduct detailed surveys to determine locations of natural features and man‑made structures using advanced surveying equipment and technical systems.
- Operate and manage land information systems for data storage, reporting, plotting, and commercial tracking.
- Review survey information related to measurements, directions, elevations, and site contours for project accuracy.
- Analyse legal records and previous boundaries to support project planning and contract compliance.
- Prepare reports, maps, plots, and documentation while verifying the accuracy of survey and cost data.
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and change control processes across active infrastructure developments.
- Support contract administration and ensure compliance with approved commercial procedures.
- Lead the commercial team and coordinate with internal departments to maintain financial efficiency.
- Review contractor claims, variations, payment applications, and budget impacts.
- Maintain confidentiality of project financial data and provide clear commercial recommendations to management.
- Support strategic planning for cost optimization and long‑term project value.
Ideal Profile
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or an equivalent related qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying for infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in roads and infrastructure developments.
- Strong understanding of cost management, contract administration, and change control procedures.
- Ability to lead commercial teams on major infrastructure projects.
- Strong presentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Arabic speaking is considered an advantage.
- Professional, confident, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
