Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited in Dubai seeks an Interior Fit Out Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead post-contract procurement, valuations, and cost control on interior fit-out packages. You will oversee a commercial team, coordinate with project managers, and ensure profitability and client compliance.

The role focuses on procurement strategy, subcontract management, and final accounts, with strong emphasis on FIDIC contracts and value engineering for multiple live projects in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Diploma in QS or Engineering required.
• Bachelor's degree in QS or Engineering required.
• Min 10–12 years' post-contract and procurement experience.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out procurement and tendering.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and fit-out methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors across live fit-out projects.
• Own procurement strategy and subcontract package splits.
• Review BOQs, pricing schedules, and ensure measurement accuracy.
• Manage post-contract cost control, valuations, and final accounts.
• Administer main and sub-contract conditions and risk reviews.
• Serve as main QS contact with clients and consultants.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flows, and procurement trackers.
• Maintain documentation and ensure client compliance.
• Support Director with planning, resourcing, and proposals.
