Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management across housing and commercial projects. You will develop budgets, prepare tender documents and review bids to ensure value for money while maintaining schedule integrity.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to verify design feasibility and cost control. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, plus RICS/CIQS credentials, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field is essential.
• Professional certifications such as RICS, CIQS, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Experience in both residential and commercial projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed cost analysis for budgeting and cost control on construction projects.
• Prepare tender documents and assess bids to select suitable contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and financial health; provide regular cost reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
