Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in quantity surveying for building projects.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents, drawings, BOQs and specifications.
• Verify quantities of completed works against drawings and contracts.
• Assess interim payment applications and monthly valuations.
• Evaluate variations, changes, and claims with cost implications.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and expenditures.
• Review rate analyses and cost estimates; assist in final accounts.
• Support contract administration per FIDIC standards.
• Maintain records of payments, variations, and commercial correspondence.
• Coordinate with Client, Contractor, Resident Engineer and project teams on commercial matters.
