KBR is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will review estimates, manage budgets and cashflows, and ensure cost reporting aligns with project goals. The role requires extensive experience in Middle East projects and strong proficiency in Primavera and MS Excel.

As a senior member, you will coordinate with package managers, consultants, and contractors to optimize value and lifecycle costs while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• MRICS membership is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of overall experience in quantity surveying.
• Minimum 10 years in a similar role, with Middle East exposure.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain estimates, budgets, cost reports and cashflows.
• Review variation requests and provide recommendations.
• Assess interim payments from consultants and contractors.
• Prepare monthly and weekly project reports.
