Experience Required:

• A minimum of 7 years' industry experience post-graduation (Essential)

• Direct experience working in the UK and/or in-country exposure to the UK market (Essential)
• Longevity in previous and current roles - a minimum of 1 year in current role is required. Candidates with extenuating circumstances and a proven track record of long tenures with previous employers will also be considered (Essential)

Education Qualifications:

• A BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying (Essential)
• MRICS chartered status or currently enrolled on the RICS APC route would be ideal.
