Job summary

Azizi Developments seeks a QA/QC Civil Inspector to oversee civil, structural, and finishing works across active projects in Dubai. You will perform daily site inspections, ensure ITP compliance, approve materials, monitor workmanship, and maintain quality records while coordinating with consultants and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of hands-on QA/QC experience in construction, with strong drawing interpretation and documentation skills to support timely project handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Technology, Construction, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–6 years as a QA/QC Civil Inspector in construction environments.
• Hands-on inspection across building, structural, civil and finishing works.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of civil and structural activities against drawings, specs and quality requirements.
• Review foundations, reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, plastering, tiling, and related finishing activities.
• Verify compliance with Method Statements and Inspection and Test Plans.
• Coordinate inspections with Site Engineers, QA/QC personnel, contractors, and consultants.
• Maintain inspection reports, checklists, test records and quality documentation.
