Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the UAE seeks a seasoned QA/QC leader to oversee quality management, inspections, testing, and compliance across high-rise, commercial and hospitality projects. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure ISO 9001 standards and project requirements are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, 10–15 years QA/QC experience on major buildings, and CQE or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years QA/QC experience in major building projects.
• 5+ years on high-rise, commercial, or tower developments in the Middle East preferred.
• CQE or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC to ensure contract compliance, inspections, testing, and adherence to international standards.
• Prepare quality reports, NCRs, CARs and technical correspondence.
• Review QMS, ITPs, Method Statements, and quality procedures.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and coordinate with contractors and laboratories.
• Mentor QA/QC Engineers and site teams; promote safe work practices.
