Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is recruiting a senior QA/QC professional to oversee quality management, inspections and compliance on high-rise residential, commercial and hospitality projects in Abu Dhabi. You will review QMS, ITPs, method statements and coordinate with contractors, consultants and labs from design to handover.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years of QA/QC experience in large building projects, with ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or CQE preferred, and a track record of improving quality performance on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of QA/QC in major building projects, incl. high-rise.
• CQE or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC management across high-rise, hospitality and infrastructure projects.
• Review QMS, ITPs, Method Statements and QC procedures for compliance.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and manage NCRs/CARs.
• Coordinate inspections with contractors, labs and suppliers.
• Prepare quality reports and technical correspondence.
• Mentor QA/QC staff and support site teams.
