AtkinsRéalis is seeking a senior QA/QC specialist in Abu Dhabi to lead quality management across civil, structural and MEP works on high-rise and mixed-use developments. You will review plans, audits, and submittals, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, project specifications, and local regulations.

The role requires 10–15 years of QA/QC experience on major building projects and a strong ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years QA/QC experience in major building projects.
• Experience on high-rise, mixed-use, or tower developments.
• CQE or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC across civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
• Review ITPs, QMS, method statements and quality procedures.
• Lead audits and manage CAPA processes.
• Prepare quality reports, NCRs, CARs and technical correspondence.
