Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is recruiting a senior QA/QC lead to oversee quality management across high-rise, commercial, and hospitality projects in the UAE. You will coordinate inspections, audits, and supplier qualifications, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and project specifications.

The role requires extensive experience with ITPs, method statements, and quality control procedures, along with strong leadership and communication skills to mentor QA/QC teams and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/related engineering field.
• 10–15 years QA/QC experience in major building projects, including high‑rise developments.
• Experience with reinforced concrete, building envelopes, interior fit‑out, and MEP QC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC requirements across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities.
• Review QMS, ITPs, method statements and quality procedures.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, labs, and suppliers for inspections and approvals.
• Lead quality training and mentor QA/QC staff.
