Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Engineer in Abu Dhabi to oversee quality management systems and contract compliance on high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will coordinate inspections, audits, testing activities, and supplier qualifications, ensuring conformance with drawings, codes, and ISO 9001 standards.

You will develop and review ITPs, method statements, and QC procedures, mentor site teams, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
Minimum 10-15 years in QA/QC on major building projects.
Experience with high-rise, commercial, or hospitality developments.

Responsibilities

Oversee QA/QC plans, procedures, and ITPs across civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
Review and approve QMS, ITPs, method statements, and QC procedures.
Lead QA/QC audits, NCR/CAR processes, and supplier qualification reviews.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, testing labs, and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
Monitor testing, commissioning, and pre-handover activities; support final acceptance inspections.
Provide guidance and training to QA/QC staff and site teams.
