Job summary

Expo City Dubai is seeking a Senior Associate – Sales to drive property sales, expand the client base, and provide top-tier service to buyers and sellers in a dynamic Dubai market.

The role requires 2–5 years of real estate sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, and strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills. You will build relationships with channel partners and lead generation efforts to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of sales experience in real estate.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation, listening and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai property trends and market data.
• Adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Experience with channel partner development and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate prices, terms of sales and service agreements for maximized revenue
• Create new business opportunities through identifying new channel partners and establishing relationships which increase market share
• Acquisition of new clients
• Lead conversion from numerous marketing channels
• Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives
• Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals
• Obtaining referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline
• Management of customer relationships
• Responsible for increasing the revenue generation of existing channel partners
• Conduct presentations, site tours, and investment consultations
• Maintain accurate lead data in Salesforce/CRM and provide timely follow-ups and reporting
