Job summary

Modon in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Associate to manage and optimize asset performance across property operations, leasing, and financial controls. You will coordinate with stakeholders, tenants, and service providers to ensure service excellence and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight of occupancy, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement to enhance asset value and sustainability. Experience in residential assets and strong negotiation skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in property management, preferably within residential or accommodation assets.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, contracts, facilities management, and asset operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Asset & Operational Management: oversee the management and operation of assets, ensuring services and facilities meet requirements.
• Move-In / Move-Out & Leasing: supervise tenant onboarding, lease administration, renewals, unit allocation, and move events.
• Client Service Contracts: review outsourced contracts and monitor performance against SLAs and terms.
• Reporting: prepare weekly and monthly operational, financial, occupancy, and performance reports.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: monitor operating and capital expenditure budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities.
