Job summary

Modon in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Associate to oversee end-to-end property operations and asset performance. The role ensures efficient site operations, strong service delivery standards, and effective stakeholder coordination across PM, FM, and Finance teams to optimize occupancy and costs.

The position requires expertise in leasing operations, financial oversight, contract management, and risk control, with a focus on continuous performance improvements across all service areas.

Qualifications

• Expertise in property and asset management and excellent understanding of leasing operations.
• Strong financial oversight, budgeting, and cost control capabilities.
• Proven contract management and negotiation skills with vendors and service providers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across multiple teams.
• Ability to drive continuous performance improvements across service areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end site operations and asset performance to meet contractual standards.
• Coordinate between Property Management, Facilities Management, Finance, and external service providers.
• Monitor KPIs, risk, and compliance; ensure regulatory and contractual alignment.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/annual reports on operations, occupancy, and asset performance.
• Lead leasing activities, tenant onboarding, renewals, and related documentation.
• Manage OPEX/CAPEX, identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement.
