Job description

We’re seeking an experienced and performance-driven Leasing Manager to join our expanding brokerage in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end leasing operations, driving occupancy optimization and revenue growth, leading and developing a high-performing leasing function, and cultivating strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients across the UAE’s dynamic property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full leasing cycle, including property acquisition support, listing management, client prospecting, property viewings, negotiation, lease closure, and renewal processes.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates, leasing revenue, and market penetration across residential and/or commercial property portfolios.
• Manage, mentor, and monitor the performance of leasing brokers by setting KPIs, tracking conversion ratios, pipeline activity, and overall leasing productivity.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, developers, investors, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to generate new leasing opportunities and strengthen business partnerships.
• Monitor leasing pipelines and occupancy reports to ensure timely closure of vacancies and minimize unit aging and revenue loss.
• Coordinate closely with marketing, property management, and operations teams to support property launches, promotional campaigns, and portfolio leasing initiatives.
• Oversee property listings, leasing activities, and client negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in real estate leasing within the UAE market, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven experience in a managerial or team leadership role within a real estate brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, leasing regulations, and tenancy laws.
• Demonstrated track record in achieving leasing targets, occupancy growth, and revenue generation.
• Existing network of landlords, property owners, developers, and corporate clients within the UAE market is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, sales, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing leasing brokers and driving team performance.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and major property portals.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven brokerage environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
