Bloom Holding in Abu Dhabi seeks an Leasing & PM Assistant Manager to manage end-to-end leasing for residential and commercial properties. You will market units, conduct viewings, screen tenants, and prepare lease agreements while ensuring occupancy targets and tenant satisfaction.

The role supports tenants throughout the leasing cycle and collaborates with multiple teams to optimize process efficiency and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma required; college degree preferred in real estate, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate leasing, property management, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual leasing budgeted targets.
• Promote and lease properties to qualified tenants to maintain occupancy.
• Arrange property viewings and highlight key features to prospects.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with accurate information.
• Pre-screen and qualify tenants based on income, credit, and references.
• Assist prospects through the leasing process from application to move-in.
• Prepare and explain lease agreements and related docs.
• Coordinate lease renewals and manage expirations.
• Maintain tenant relations and address inquiries promptly.
• Maintain inventory of available units with pricing and dates.
