Job summary

GMG in Dubai is seeking a Senior Manager – Properties to lead the retail assets portfolio across leasing, mall operations and strategic planning. You will drive occupancy, optimize rental income, manage tenant relationships and coordinate with facilities to ensure high standards of asset performance and visitor experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration. Master’s degree in business administration is preferred.
• A minimum of 10-14 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic is an added advantage.
• Certification in Asset Management, Property Management Certification, or Financial Analysis Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activities across properties to secure high-profile tenants.
• Manage renewals, negotiations and contract terms to meet GMG’s financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with facilities to maintain property and enhance tenant experience.
• Oversee daily mall operations, compliance, and visitor experience.
• Monitor lease performance and analyze rental income against budgets.
• Provide market insights and risk/opportunity analysis to leadership.
• Lead property valuations and feasibility studies for acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with leasing policies and regulations.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and emergency preparedness.
• Drive business development by researching new retail sites.
• Manage reporting and record-keeping for leasing activities.
• Lead fire safety protocols and risk assessments.
