Metropolitan Capital Real Estate, Abu Dhabi, seeks a Senior Property Consultant to drive sales in prime communities and off-plan projects. You will manage relationships, conduct viewings, and close high-value transactions with buyers, sellers, and landlords.

The role requires a proven Abu Dhabi market track record, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to leverage a large proprietary lead pool. Comprehensive marketing support and admin backing are provided.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of proven real estate experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle sales transactions across Abu Dhabi communities.
• Manage and maintain an active client database and relationships.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Stay up-to-date with Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, regulations, and developments.
• Prepare and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations.

We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and results-oriented Senior Property Consultant to join our top team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Abu Dhabi property market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close high-value transactions in both primary (off-plan) and secondary markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales transactions across Abu Dhabi most in-demand communities.
• Manage and maintain an active client database, ensuring long-term relationships.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Stay up-to-date with Abu Dhabi’s real estate market trends, regulations, and new developments.
• Prepare and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of proven real estate experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a competitive environment.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, French, or Chinese are a plus).
