Job summary
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate, Abu Dhabi, seeks a Senior Property Consultant to drive sales in prime communities and off-plan projects. You will manage relationships, conduct viewings, and close high-value transactions with buyers, sellers, and landlords.
The role requires a proven Abu Dhabi market track record, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to leverage a large proprietary lead pool. Comprehensive marketing support and admin backing are provided.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven real estate experience in Abu Dhabi.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle sales transactions across Abu Dhabi communities.
- Manage and maintain an active client database and relationships.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
- Stay up-to-date with Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, regulations, and developments.
- Prepare and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations.
