Job summary

I Buy Real Estate is looking for a highly motivated Senior Property Consultant to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients and must have a solid understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of real estate experience in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi property laws and regulations.
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors within the Abu Dhabi market.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and successfully close sales and leasing transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and market dynamics.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare property listings, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with developers, owners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Support and guide junior consultants when required.
